Pillarview provides an opportunity for wholesale and sophisticated investors to invest into property secured 1st and 2nd mortgages approved by Pillarview and earn an attractive risk aware interest rate.
Investors choose which mortgages they wish to invest in. Investment is via an unregistered contributory mortgage scheme (Pillarview Invest Fund) or investors can lend money direct to borrowers on a peer to peer basis under the management of Pillarview.
The performance of any specific investment is not effected by the performance of other mortgage investments in the fund.
